A Engineering Design Study is a comprehensive analysis of your process, equipment and facility. It provides you with an in-depth understanding of the current state of your pharmaceutical processes and identifies opportunities to improve them.

• Detailed process flow diagrams (PFDs) showing all equipment and piping systems within your facility, as well as their interconnections

• Equipment performance curves (EPCs) based on actual data from existing units or simulation software such as ProSys‘ Process Simulator
